I'm Caitlin! As a board-certified holistic practitioner and certified iridologist, I’ve spent years learning how to see the body differently. My background in Women’s Studies and Psychology, plus advanced training in Natural Medicine, and now my work as a PhD candidate in Natural Medicine, all give me the tools to help women understand their bodies on a deeper level.
And yes, I get it—I’m also a mom and a leader, so I know what it’s like to juggle a lot and still want to feel like yourself again. My goal is simple: help women move beyond burnout and rebuild trust in their bodies.
